NK Architects were appointed to obtain outline planning permission for a residential development on a vacant site, which previously housed a public house. Outline planning for the erection of 12 semi-detached dwelling was granted in June 2015. A reserved matter application was submitted in September 2016, and full planning was granted in January 2016.

NK Architects have now successfully discharged all the pertinent conditions attached to the planning approval; as well as obtain full building control approval. We have also obtained tenders for the proposed development and will act as project administrators. We have also prepared high resolution CGIs for the purposes of marketing the proposed development.
