A development of three very exclusive detached properties in a sought after area of Altrincham. Each dwelling consisted of 6 double bedrooms, garage, large open plan dinning kitchen and landscaped gardens.
NK Architects were appointed in 2010 to obtain outline planning for the demolition of the existing dilapidated dwelling on the proposal site, and replace with three detached dwellings.
With only weeks left before outline planning was due to expire, the client approached NK Architects to obtain full planning for the three detached dwellings. A detailed design was prepared and submitted to local council in a very short period of time; full planning was granted in July 2015.
